Description

This beautiful fully air conditioned villa with private swimming pool, is well situated  amongst avocado and orange orchards, just 200 m from Argaka long undeveloped sandy beach.

The villa has open uninterrupted views overlooking orchards down to the beach, and as far as the eye can see to Polis.  It is very peacefully located with no immediately neighbouring villas, in a quiet private lane for your use only.
This is an agricultural area, protected from development.

For outdoor entertainment, there is billiard table under a shaded pergola.  There is a sturdy paddling pool at the poolside, ideal if you have little ones in your party.

A selection of shops and tavernas can be found a short distance away along the flat coast road, starting with the excellent bakery and minimarket at the end of the drive 1 minutes walk and a coffee shop about 3 minutes walk.  Santa Barbara restaurant on the sandy beach is nearby, and they offer sunloungers on the beach too.

Argaka village is tucked behind the villa,  and has a well stocked supermarket. Quaint Polis Town, a wonderful mix of old and new, is a little further on, and can provide you with a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a pretty pedestrianised centre. Latchi with its pretty harbour and fish tavernas is just 2 km further.

200 m private drive, only useable by you, from road to house.

Ground floor: Step to house. Air conditioned comfortable lounge with comfortable quality leather furniture, dining area with heavy wooden table and 6 chairs,  and fully equipped German kitchen with breakfast bar and 2 chairs.  French doors to rear garden and parking. Air conditioned double bedroom with additional space for a cot, patio doors to front and back, and adjoining shower/w.c. 

Marble staircase to first floor: Sitting area at top of stairs, small sofabed. Door to large balcony with sea view, glass table and 4 chairs. 3 bedrooms are upstairs:  2  twin bedrooms with shared balcony with sea views, and shared jacuzzi bathroom with shower attachment and w.c. Double bedroom with private balcony and sea views,  and en-suite bath with shower attachment, w.c.

We can reserve a villa for you for up to 48 hours, with no obligation or payment. Do not book flights until we have confirmed your dates are reserved for you.

Private pool with ladder access. Excellent sturdy hard plastic paddling pool.  Built in BBQ and outside dining area. 8 sun loungers and wooden table and chairs for 8. Pool and poolside can be illuminated at night. Private off road parking for 4 cars

Owner is intending to make the entry step into the villa lower, currently approx 10" high, please ask and we will check. Downstairs bathroom is not wheelchair friendly. The downstairs bedroom may be suitable for guests with limited mobility. We can provide a basic wooden ramp to help make the villa wheelchair accessible.
