Villa Philippo is a secluded hideaway nestling within 2500 sq. metres of mature gardens. It is accessed via a private drive, and has no immediate neighbours, just orchards all around the property, guaranteeing seclusion. A central location for touring Western Cyprus.

A private pool with Roman steps which is not overlooked at all, and wonderful uninterrupted views over banana plantations to the sea and hills complete the picture.

The rugged Sea Caves coastline and its pretty coves are within walking distance, and the undeveloped Akamas National Park and Coral Bay are both 5 minutes drive away

All on the ground floor: Master double bedroom with en-suite bath, shower/w.c., large balcony with outstanding sea views, 1 twin bedroom with adjoining shower/w.c. Comfortable lounge/diner for 6 with satellite TV. Well equipped kitchen includes a toaster, coffee maker and a bar.

Outside: Large private pool with wide steps and hand rail. Back garden equipped with seating areas and built in brick BBQ area with food preparation area. Mature garden, private parking and shaded area. Large covered front terrace with seating overlooking pool. Pergola for shade by poolside. There are 3 steps to access the terrace and a further one at villa entrance. Shower.

Air conditioning (bedrooms & lounge) is available at €6 per wall unit per day, payable there, in advance. Baby cot and highchair available. Villa is not wheelchair friendly. Beach towels are provided, as are approx. 100 books/novels which will save on luggage weight. Extra towels supplied. Nile Satellite TV has a number of English channels, some German and French. Film and world news channels include Fox Film, BBC News, CNN, Euro News and MTV 1 2 3.Prices 2024 per week in total:

Booking information

You may occupy the villa from 4 pm and vcate by 10 am.

Car Hire is advisable, although it is possible to stay here using the buses. 4 seater Taxis: From Paphos Airport: €70. To or from Coral Bay: €20.

Rates are subject to change. This will not affect any bookings taken.

Rental includes: Welcome hamper including chilled wine, bacon, eggs, cereal, cheese, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Pool towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa. Support of local Representative.

Changeover day: Dependant upon current bookings, Wednesday or Sunday. If Villa Philippo is not vacant for your dates, we have VILLA GARDENIA.
