Description

These well designed luxurious villas are situated close to the sea, 2 minutes walk from the minimarket. Paphos Town and bars and restaurants at Tombs of the Kings are a 5 minute drive, and Paphos Airport transfer time is 25 minutes. They make the perfect base for a relaxing holiday, with local bars and restaurants nearby, and there is something to suit all ages here. 

We have 4 x 3 bedroomed villas here, and 1 x 2 bedroomed villa next door, all detached. Each villa has its own private pool.

Accommodation

Downstairs: 1 twin/double bedroom with large balcony and sea views. Bathroom with bath, shower & w.c. Comfortable lounge. Open plan dining room & fully equipped wooden kitchen. Kitchenette.

Upstairs: Twin/double bedroom with balcony and sea views. Bathroom with bath, shower & w.c.

Air Condition: 3 units, bedrooms + lounge.

Outside: 2 steps to beautiful lawned garden. Terrace overlooking pool. Private pool. BBQ. Poolside can be illuminated at night. Private off road parking. The main change to my photos is the garden,  it gets lovelier daily, thanks to the care from the owner.

Prices may change, but this will not affect any existing booking. . This villa is also available as a neighbor with 2 bedrooms, slightly cheaper in price.

Towels and bed linen are provided. Bed linen and towel changes are carried out for reservations of more than 1 week, after 7 days, as well as a light cleaning of the villa. Information about the reservation

The villa is available to move in at 4 p.m. in the afternoon and should be handed over at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Flexible arrival days.

Other information
Air conditioning is available at €6 per wall unit per day, payable there, in advance. 3 units (2 bedrooms + lounge.) Cot and highchair on request. Bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor so may be suitable for persons with limited mobility. Free wi-fi Internet access.

Booking information

You may occupy the villa from 4 pm and vacate by 10 am.

Car Hire is not essential.

4 seater Taxi from Paphos Airport Euro 60 approx. (One way.)

6 seater Taxi from Paphos Airport Euro 70 approx.

We can arrange a Car Hire or a taxi for you.

Rates are subject to change. This will not affect any bookings taken.

Rental includes: Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa.
