That villa is owned by our friends and I do trust them blind... so be sure, you will be spoilt by the best service. . The swimmingpool is heatable and you will enjoy from it 360' panoramic views.. !

This comprises, all on one level: One double (or twin) bedroom and bathroom featuring a wheel in style shower specially designed for elderly guests or those with limited mobility, a fully equipped modern stainless steel kitchen, high ceiling sitting room with fire-place, Sat TV/DVD and luxurious comfortable leather furniture (reclining 1 & 2 seaters).
An open plan dining area features an extendable dining table for up to 10 people, 8 dining chairs plus bench. Patio doors open onto the olive tree courtyard herb garden with BBQ area, overlooking the heated indoor pool.
The pool has a waterfall feature, wide steps access and a wide door shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin. In summer the glass doors can slide open to allow direct access to the south facing sun terraces where you can bask in the glorious sunshine in comfortable loungers and enjoy your wonderful views. In winter you can enjoy the Cyprus sun's rays which will pour into the pool room, and the house will be comfortable and cozy with its heating and log fire, which makes it such a unique property in Cyprus. You can even ski at Troodos mountains, just over 1.5 hours drive, and come home and swim!
Upstairs
Stair gate at top of stairs. Master double (or twin) bedroom with LCD TV & en suite bathroom with bath, shower and w.c. 2 medium sized bedrooms, one double and one twin share a bathroom with shower and w.c. Master and double bedroom have direct access to the two big roof verandas with panoramic views to the mountains, sea and village.
The extravagant swimmingpool shows art .. you will the pool from inside, from the main house and from a light sunny patio with glas windows. The pool has steps. The pool shower has an extra bassin and toilette and is reached by a ramp. A pool lift is available on request for guests with limited mobility. During the summer months the doors leading to the pool are opened for a wide sunny ambiente.. that all gives that special feel of living.
Outside
2000 sq m plot, wiith fruit trees and a compact herb and vegetable garden for your use. Sun terraces equipped with reclining sun chairs, patio furniture and sun loungers. The excellent play-area outside, box of toys in the house, cot/highchair and baby-equipment on request will suit families with children. There is a playground in the village, approx 5 mins walk.

The guides and trekking leaders of ECOLOGIA TOURS are licenced and most of them studied abroad, geology, biology, botany.. we don not offer any mass excursions. We love individuality ...

Award winning local Winery Tour with Free Wine Tasting available. Hoists: The movable hoist AKS Foldy can support max. 150 kg. The Horcher pool hoist can support max. 160 kg. A full selection of baby equipment is pre bookable, including cot, highchair, baby bath, changing mat, bottle sterilizer, playpen, pushchair and more. Moveable fan 3 Euros daily.
You may occupy the villa from 4 pm and vacate by 10 am.
Car hire is advisable, but it could be possible to stay here successfully even without a car, or using local taxis. Automatic car hire with push and pull hand controls available.
Special rates for taxis: To Pafos Town. 4 seater 40 Euros. 6 seater 45 Euros.

All units in that villa offer an abolute privacy. Wide frames of all doors, the shower cabins and a pool lift are created for a unique villa, just made for guests with limited mobility. Now your stay on Cyprus will be only of joy.
All down areas of that villa do not have any steps at all. All beds can be used as single or twins, just tell us your wish in advance. Sat TV channels offer BBC News and Euro News.
The swimmingool is heatable and the temperatures of the water are between 24' und 26' Celsius during the months September to May. Solar panels help us to heat the water, so in June we had bout 29', about 2 more degrees than not heated out door pools. If you wish a water temperature of 29' even from September to May, we can provide it with a small supplement rate.

DESCRIPTION: Villa Nicole, completed in January 2009, is a true “4 seasons” property with its heated indoor pool and centrally heated house and studios. The thermal glass in all windows and insulation throughout using the latest technology, makes it comfortable for rentals the whole year round: warm and cosy in cooler months and cool and airy in hot summer months. For your added comfort the sliding doors and windows are fitted with netting, which means you can enjoy fresh air throughout the property without allowing any insects in.
The owners Nick and Nicole realise, how difficult it is for people with limited mobility or a disability to find quality accommodation in Cyprus, and have tried to design the Villa and studios to meet the needs of everyone, instead of building just another villa. The studios are available to you only, if required, to book along with the house, not alone.
The Villa is privately located with stunning 360' views in Ampelitis Village (Statos-Agios Fotios) amongst the vines on the beautiful Wine Route of Vouni-Panagia. Ampelitis is a hillside village where you can still enjoy and sample the traditional Cypriot way of life, yet be within easy striking distance of Paphos and its beaches. Everything needed in daily life can be found locally as Ampelitis village has a small supermarket, internet cafe & coffee-shop, 2 x butchers, 2 restaurants (one sells local produce) and the award winning local Kolios winery with restaurant overlooking the vineyards. A fishmonger visits the village twice weekly with his refrigerated van, and a greengrocer comes on Thursdays, and we can arrange for either to call with no obligation to buy
The villa has an annex with 2 beautiful studios and wonderful view of 360', views to the village and towards vineyards of that region ...
Here in the village, you will live a relaxed "Cypriot style" .. Siga siga.... slowly, slowly, forget about all day stress and the Cypriots are sooo right..... In the village you will find a small supermarket, one Cafenion, 2 butcher and a small restaurant (which - by the way - sells regional products). Nearby the Kolios Winery with an excellent Restaurant (specially for Meze) and views all over the vineyards there. There is a delivery car twice a week coming to that village, from where you can buy even with fresh sea fish.
Possibility of rentals: you can rent the villa with 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms for 2 - 8 persons. Additional you could rent two more studios (the annex) for further 2 - 4 persons, so in a total you could come with 16 persons. If you are only booking the villa, we will not rent the studios to other people that time, of course. The rates given here do not include the studios.

Rental includes:
Heating and heated pool: House, studio and pool heating is included throughout and the pool temperature will be between 24' and 26' celsius September to May, when the pool cover is used. The abundance of glass used in the Poolhouse's design helps maintain the pool's warmth. In June Ampelitis clients enjoyed a steady pool temperature of around 29' which is 2' - 3' warmer than a non heated outdoor pool. For September to May bookings, the owners can boost the pool heating for a minimum of 7 days to 28' for 70 Euros (extra days 10 Euros daily), or to 30' for 140 Euros (extra days 20 Euros daily. 30 degrees is highly recommended for disabled clients, anyone with limited mobility or families with small children. We recommend the Pool boost is pre booked for your arrival, (especially between November and February) so you can take advantage of the warmer temperature immediately. Otherwise, depending on outside temperatures and pool use, it can take anything from a few hours to 24 hours to reach the new required temperature.
Unheated pool discounts: To rent the house with use of an unheated pool in winter months, we will deduct 20 Euro daily December to February and 10 Euro daily November and March. Discounts for 14 night bookings within period 1 November - 31 March. Unheated house & pool rate on request.
Shower gel & shampoo is provided in all bathrooms. Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, margarine, water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa.
