Villa Iris is a spacious detached villa surrounded by a gorgeous 1 acre mature garden set within thick Cypress hedges which offer complete privacy, tucked away in a quiet lane, (you cannot be seen or overlooked by other properties). There are lovely sea views across countryside to the sea,  especially from the front verandah, which is shaded by a beautiful scrambling cream bougainvillea, making it a really enjoyable place to sit and relax.  Villa Iris is perfect for couples, families and groups of adults and has a large private south facing swimming pool and gets full sunshine (the photo above was taken early morning).  The traditional village of Peyia and Coral Bay resort with many shops, bars and restaurants are approx 5 mins drive. Peyia village, with it's bars and restaurants, is approx 25 minutes walk. Ayios Georgios sandy beach and harbour is 5 mins drive. There are a few tavernas within walking distance, the closest being the excellent Palomonastiro Taverna 500m, approx 5 mins walk.  Nearby Goosefat and Garlic and King Soloman's Tavernas are very popular with clients too, and well worth visiting no matter where you stay.  Paphos Town, with its daily fruit and craft market and interesting shops, is approx 30 mins drive.

House is on one level:  It consists of 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 1 master double and 2 twin,  master en-suite shower room and w.c., and one family bathroom with bath, overhead shower fixture in bath and w.c.  

The  large fully equipped kitchen/diner/lounge is comfortable and equipped with a large fan.  It  opens on to lovely large  terrace, overlooking the pool and sea.

Outside: Private pool with ladder access. BBQ. Mature large garden goes all around the villa, private parking and shaded area. Large terrace with seating, overlooking pool. Garden lighting for evenings.

Air conditioning is available in bedrooms at 6 Euro per wall unit per day, payable there, in advance.

Baby cot, highchair & toybox available. For guests with limited mobility there are 2 - 3 steps outside. Bathrooms are not wide enough for a wheelchair.

You may occupy from 4 pm and vacate by 10 am.
Changeover day: Flexible but back to back preferred.

Car Hire advisable, but clients have stayed here and relied on buses.   Bus stop 10 minutes walk.

Prebookable bicycles are used entirely at your own risk. Take your own helmets.
